Key Responsibilities
- Support innovation projects in domains such as Unmanned Underwater Vehicles, In-flight Entertainment, and Digital Identity & Biometrics systems.
- Apply Design Thinking (User-Centered Innovation) methodology to innovate with customers/users on complex systems design and development.
- Assist in preparing for Design Thinking workshops, including creating Inspiration Boards and mock-ups/prototypes.
- Participate in Design Innovation workshops with customers/users, applying design thinking techniques to co-design.
- Produce visual assets such as storyboards, videos, motion graphics, and infographics to support concept generation.
- Perform 3D modeling, animation, and potentially 3D printing for product visualization.
- Prepare reports following innovation workshops and contribute to new business or product initiatives.
Requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment, potentially collaborating internationally.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about advanced technologies (AI, Quantum, Cybersecurity).
