Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical documentation such as cable block diagrams, electrical equipment layouts, material and equipment specifications, bills of materials, cable schedules, and termination drawings.

  • Perform and validate engineering design calculations to meet contractual specifications.
  • Represent the engineering department in technical meetings and client discussions.
  • Oversee testing of engineering equipment as the engineering department's representative.
  • Lead engineering disciplines as assigned, providing technical guidance and support to project engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other related technical disciplines will be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marine and/or Offshore industry.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of engineering practices related to Marine and Offshore vessels.
  • Familiarity with the rules and regulations of leading Classification Societies and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of Ship Repair, Major Offshore, and Conversion projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
