Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to systems maintenance during business as usual (BAU) and peak periods
  • Support system issue resolution and timely updates to stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into system setup
  • Participate in capital projects from the business requirement stage till implementation
  • Play a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Advise on capital projects related to logistics systems
  • Represent the logistics team regionally and cross-functionally on relevant systems
  • Serve as the go-to person for system-related queries across internal functions and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a logistics-related industry
  • Exposure to logistics systems including shipment tracking, transportation management, service levels management
  • Experience with business reporting/Business Intelligence tools
  • Ability to understand coding language(s) preferred
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience in project management with agile methodology
  • Ability to understand and translate between system and operational requirements
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in both written and oral formats
  • Effective time management and ability to multitask
  • Sense of urgency and persistence in resolving urgent production issues
  • Insatiable drive to understand root causes of issues and be a creative thinker for solutions
