Key Responsibilities
- Perform rig, test and derig of engine in a test cell environment
- Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories
- Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency
- Support the Assistant Foremen and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets
- Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required
- Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engine testing, module assembly, disassembly or inspection
- Good understanding of technical drawing and manuals
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required
