Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders (GFM, IBG, PB) to identify asset-backed securitization opportunities.

- Ensure timely execution, working closely with internal support and stakeholders.
- Responsible for overall transaction management as deal team leader, leading end-to-end execution including modelling, cashflow analysis, due diligence and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution.
- Partner with syndication and sales to optimise distribution of securities to investors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in monitoring, presentations to senior management, and other ongoing regular and ad hoc updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of asset-backed securitization and structured finance products.
- Proven track record in originating and executing structured finance transactions.
- Excellent financial modeling and cashflow analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements for structured finance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead deal teams and manage end-to-end transaction execution.
- Experience in syndication and distribution of securities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to develop pitches and business strategies.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
