Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within offshore substation projects, including HVAC and HVDC solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, market development, or commercial roles within offshore/onshore energy projects (O&G and renewables).
  • Good understanding of EPCI or EPC project environments, including offshore vessels, platforms, and onshore facilities.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders across various organizations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Commercial mindset with basic knowledge of market analysis and project development stages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/market tracking tools.
