Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate program schedules, ensuring tactical plans are executed to support product development.
- Proactively identify and resolve program dependencies, issues, and risks to keep projects on track.
- Oversee budget planning and management to enable successful product development execution.
- Ensure engineering test solutions are ready on schedule to support initial silicon bring-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment, comprehensive reporting, and ongoing process improvements.

- Oversee Product Life Cycle Management, including phase gate reviews and milestone tracking.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
- Proven ability to execute complex projects and deliver results.
- Proficiency in program management principles.
- Track record of successfully defining, managing, and delivering key initiatives and project schedules.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple sites and within diverse, multicultural teams.
