- Experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne or Advantest
- Knowledge of digital and mixed-signal test techniques
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and TestStand is a plus
- Experience with FPGA and SoC architectures
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
