Key Responsibilities
- Description and Requirements Application Performance Monitoring & Observability:
- Monitor critical applications using Cisco APM, and other observability tools to ensure performance and availability as part of BAU support.
- Instrument, configure, and customize real user monitoring (RUM) agents for both web and mobile apps.
- Analyze RUM data with query languages or BI tools to uncover insights and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in full-stack monitoring and observability practices, including log tracing, metrics, and real-time dashboards.
- Experience with modern technologies such as containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), VMs, serverless functions, and CI/CD tools.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, compute, storage, and security services.
