Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portal modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical consultants.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
