Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution demonstrations, and estimation.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portal modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
