Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues and related problems
  • Perform project management and data analysis to support process optimization

  • Work with cross-functional teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical and yield concerns

  • Build and develop defect source library and tool's defect source fingerprinting
  • Perform product/process partitioning study for yield and defect characterization to drive defect improvements
  • Ensure processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

Requirements

  • Fundamental knowledge in one specialized discipline
  • Requires a technical (University) degree
  • BS + 2-4 years of experience or MS + 1-3 years or PhD + 0-1 year
  • Ability to use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems
  • Experience working on projects of moderate scope with accountability for outcomes
  • Directed contact at engineering level with cross-functional teams
  • Initiative and creativity exercised within defined job scope
