Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a multi-million-dollar sales channel across SAP IDO sub-regions (LSS POIS+DGG+CASA).
- Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies aligned with Agilent’s leadership in Pharma, BioPharma, Clinical & Diagnostic, and Applied Markets.
- Drive quota achievement and double-digit growth while managing budget and headcount targets.
- Strengthen distributor performance and customer engagement across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance market positioning and customer loyalty.
- Conduct talent reviews and build a high-performing, innovative sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in Pharma, Applied, diagnostics, pathology, med-tech, or clinical markets.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in multinational environments and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel across the APAC region as required.
