Key Responsibilities
- Perform engine testing in accordance with approved test procedures, work instructions, and safety standards
- Prepare test beds, engines, tooling, and instrumentation prior to test runs
- Conduct pre-test, test, and post-test activities including checks, adjustments, and shutdown procedures
- Monitor engine parameters during testing and identify abnormal conditions or fault indications
- Respond appropriately to alarms, fault codes, or test deviations
- Accurately record test data, parameters, and results in designated systems or log sheets
- Assist engineers and senior technicians in troubleshooting test issues and equipment faults
- Perform basic inspection and care of test cell equipment and tooling
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experience in engine testing, test cell operations, production testing, or industrial testing environment is preferred
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required
- Ability to read and follow technical documents, test procedures, and work instructions
- Familiarity with test instrumentation, sensors, and data monitoring systems is an advantage
