Key Responsibilities
- Verify monthly payment claims, payment responses, and invoices from EPC contractors & vendors.
- Manage the valuation, negotiation of Contractors’ variation claims, and assessments.
- Administer contracts for EPC projects and prepare final accounts through negotiation with EPCs/vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFx issuance, evaluation, negotiation, and contract preparation.
- Oversee vendor performance evaluations and manage sourcing/purchasing of goods, components, or services based on cost, quality, delivery targets, and procurement strategies.
- Monitor project-related expenses, update budgets, and prepare cash flow reports for Construction Projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, or Construction Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience with EPC Projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement practices.
- Proficiency in contract formats and contract administration for EPC projects.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
