Key Responsibilities
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, reporting to Managers and above.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients, including private equity investors & corporate C-suite.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients.
- Handle roles ranging from pre-deal due diligence and value creation lever assessment to post-deal execution.
- Conduct carve-out and post-merger integration, finance and operations process improvement, financial due diligence, and business plan review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years experience in M&A or Divestitures, including pre-deal due diligence and integration planning.
- Experience in separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and post-deal transformation.
- Strong understanding of operating models, products, and services.
- Ability to quickly assess business performance and outline improvement opportunities with limited information.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial results.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
