Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of Finance Shared Services into a digitally enabled, high-performing Center of Excellence that strengthens ASM’s strategic growth
  • Partner closely with Business Finance and Group Finance to align Shared Services priorities and insights with enterprise-wide financial goals
  • Drive digital enablement through automation, analytics, and AI solutions that strengthen accuracy, speed, and decision-making
  • Oversee and optimize record-to-report and month-end close processes, embedding best practices, automation, and robust control frameworks
  • Serve as Finance Sponsor for SAP (FI/CO) and connected systems, leading enhancements, integrations, and data-governance initiatives
  • Champion operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and shared services methodologies to improve productivity, cost-to-serve, and service quality
  • Support manufacturing expansion, business initiatives, and acquisitions through scalable and coordinated finance service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA/ACCA/CA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 7 years leading large, distributed teams
  • Proven leadership in Shared Services or Global Business Services transformation
  • Hands-on SAP FI/CO experience with exposure to automation and AI solutions in finance
  • Demonstrated capability in driving complex transformation and building high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
  • Background integrating finance operations during acquisitions or major business expansions
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of data governance, predictive analytics, and advanced automation tools
