Key Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve talent management frameworks, including annual talent reviews, succession planning, and development tracks.
- Design and deliver comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership and high-potential cohorts, blending various learning modalities.
- Plan, organize, and execute large-scale TMTD events for up to 1,000 participants, managing end-to-end logistics and program flow.
- Analyze talent and learning data using advanced tools to generate actionable dashboards, reports, and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of HR technologies (e.g., Workday) and explore digital solutions like AI and RPA to streamline TMTD processes.
- Develop engaging content, including articles and communications, for internal platforms to promote TMTD initiatives.
- Manage relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and external vendors to co-create solutions and ensure program success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, L&D, or related HR fields.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing TMTD frameworks and processes.
- Demonstrated experience organizing large-scale events (up to 1,000 participants).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including Power Query for data transformation.
- Experience with Power BI for building visual analytics and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating professional internal communications.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
