  • Demonstrated experience organizing large-scale events (up to 1,000 participants).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including Power Query for data transformation.
  • Experience with Power BI for building visual analytics and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating professional internal communications.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
