Key Responsibilities

• Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to drive the development and implementation of advanced GenAI/Agentic AI solutions within the Institutional Banking Group (IBG), focusing on the Data Chapter's book of work and supporting IBG's operating transformation. The specialist will deliver and optimize Agentic AI workflows and data-driven solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring tangible business value through innovative data applications. Responsibilities - Deliver the Data Chapter (DC) book of work for Institutional Banking Group (IBG), with a focus on the IBG Agentic AI projects. - Manage the development, delivery, refinement, and debugging of GenAI / Agentic AI workflows and data-driven solutions to support the IBG operating transformation project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, tech engineers, and data translators, to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities. - Develop and implement robust mutil-agent pipelines, models, and algorithms to drive insights and enable data-driven decision-making. - Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver tangible value. - Provide subject matter expertise in the field of data science or GenAI /Agentic AI, contributing to the overall AI strategy and vision for the Institutional Banking Group. Requirements - Master degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. - Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful GenAI/Agentic AI/data science solutions. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Dify, or SQL, and experience working with Google Cloud and Agentic tools or AWS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. - Familiarity with generative AI, Agentic AI techniques, and experience in applying them to solve real-world problems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data science and artificial intelligence (AI).
