Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical learning strategies to foster a continuous learning culture
- Design structured, blended technical learning curricula in partnership with subject matter experts
- Deliver technical training across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning platforms tailored to operational needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and track training metrics and departmental development goals
- Partner with educational institutions for internships, work-study programs, and industry talks
- Coach employees for participation in outreach events such as job fairs and career talks
- Benchmark and adopt best practices in training delivery including AR/VR, microlearning, and performance support tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Front-End Semiconductor industry
- Experience in Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage
- Confident in delivering and facilitating stand-up training
- ACLP certification is a plus
- Skilled in designing and implementing effective learning solutions
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, resourceful, and innovative with a passion for continuous learning and self-development
