Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the early careers strategy across internal early-career talent and external pipelines (graduates, interns, entry pathways).
- Build structured development programs including rotations, mentoring, and learning pathways.
- Partner with HR Business Leaders in each country to align early-career plans with workforce needs and local context.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on sourcing strategies and employer branding for early talent.
- Coach early-career talent and the ecosystem through 1:1 coaching, cohort learning facilitation, and manager enablement.
- Identify and accelerate high-potential early-career talent.
- Monitor and manage pipeline health, including hiring, retention, progression, and diversity.
Requirements
- Degree required
- 5 years’ experience managing talent development and early careers programs
- Strong program management skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement abilities
- Passion for developing future talent
