Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Quantity Surveyors in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns for assigned projects and Variation Orders (VOs)
- Quantify material, labour, and other resource requirements based on project drawings and specifications
- Support the preparation of tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), contract terms, and procurement schedules
- Assist in contract administration, including managing changes to contracts, evaluating contractual claims, and tracking project cost impacts
- Participate in tender evaluations by collecting supplier quotations, conducting cost comparisons, and reviewing compliance
- Assist in project meetings and support the team in change management, cost assessment, and payment evaluation processes
- Maintain accurate documentation, cost records, and reports to support project financial monitoring and decision-making
Requirements
- Background in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building & Project Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within project teams
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage tasks responsibly
