Requirements

Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
Understanding and knowledge of Reliability Environmental Stress Test Requirement, including HTHH, TC, UV & LT test
Hands-on experience on common analysis techniques and use of analysis instrument such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB etc
Material characterisation procedures such as including Bend, Abrasion & Adhesion test
Knowledge of materials physics & able to associate reliability with relevant test
Self-directed and willingness to take on new task
Able to perform shift work and support overtime when required
