Key Responsibilities

  • Plans out daily / shift task for ensuring timely completion
  • Provide basic maintenance & care to tools and machines
  • Maintenance of workplace to meet 5S and safety requirement
  • Support setups from established procedures where applicable
  • Contribute to capabilities / techniques enhancement for better precision and efficiency
  • Contribute to lab setup for task enablement
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
  • Understanding and knowledge of Reliability Environmental Stress Test Requirement, including HTHH, TC, UV & LT test
  • Hands-on experience on common analysis techniques and use of analysis instrument such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB etc
  • Material characterisation procedures such as including Bend, Abrasion & Adhesion test
  • Knowledge of materials physics & able to associate reliability with relevant test
  • Self-directed and willingness to take on new task
  • Able to perform shift work and support overtime when required
