Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., etch, deposition, lithography).
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Familiarity with FMEA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle chemical and electrical hazards safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
