Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration with Business and remote Finance teams to drive high service performance for Invoice to Cash, Buy to Pay, and Payroll functions.
  • Act as the focal person for Annual Statutory Audit, Tax & GST filings, coordinating with global accounting resources.
  • Support general accounting and the application of accounting policies including revenue recognition, leases, receivables/payables, intercompany, compliant with GE Aerospace standards and US GAAP/FRS.
  • Support month-end closing activities, proactively identifying and resolving issues with support functions.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and reporting for key balance sheet accounts, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage Bank and Treasury matters with the Centralized Treasury team, including cash flow forecasting needs.
  • Actively engage in SAP project implementation to support change management and adoption of new processes.
  • Support accurate accounting and compliance for government grants.
  • Drive controllership synergy and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/FLIGHT DECK principles.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of working experience from a big 4 or second-tier accounting firm.
  • Hands-on operational controllership experience in an industrial/manufacturing business is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is preferred.
  • Strong controllership and compliance mindset with high integrity.
  • Ability to partner effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams.
