Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with revenue responsibility.
  • Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and open new markets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
  • Solid technical background in power generation solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, costing, and driving EBIT targets.
