Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to define, build and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions
- Increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue through process and technology initiatives
- Manage critical issue resolution and executive communications with business and IS&T teams
- Conduct problem management based trending analysis to identify root causes and establish preventive actions
- Support business activities around peak events such as new product launches and promotions
- Manage system-related post-ops management following peak events
- Lead program/project management on system upgrade initiatives including support packs, infrastructure changes, enhancements, and fixes
- Manage systems downtimes and coordinate recovery efforts
- Drive effective change management when necessary
- Ensure process integration across the organization both regionally and globally
- Support business system and process activities with focus on SAP modules and boundary systems
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management
- Minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects combined with ability to execute at tactical project-level activities
- SAP System and process savvy
- Strong Project Management experience with attention to detail
- Proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization
- Good process re-engineering skills
- Excellent operation issue resolution skill
- Excellent people and communication (written and spoken) skills
- Good teamwork attitude
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Self-motivated, driven individual comfortable in a global, fast-paced environment
- Prior consulting experience in a similar hi-tech industry is desirable
- Proven experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in large cross-functional organization
- Large Cross Functional project implementation experience
- Experience working on projects for teams based outside Singapore, e.g. virtual teams
