Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret updates to RBA standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory changes
  • Maintain comprehensive and current documentation, including policies, procedures, audit reports, and training materials
  • Communicate RBA requirements and customer-specific expectations to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal RBA training sessions and awareness programs
  • Plan and execute internal audits, including scheduling, conducting, reporting, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions
  • Support RBA self-assessments and manage logistics for customer and third-party audits
  • Develop and track corrective action plans based on audit findings and ensure effective implementation
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to chemical safety, environmental compliance, and process improvement
  • Organize and document RBA Management Review meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions
  • Provide first-level support for CMS-related issues in MES, escalating complex problems as needed

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of CMS-related training and awareness initiatives
