Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with conducting impact assessment and proposing of suitable product solutions to evaluate fit for business purpose by utilizing appropriate research techniques to gather sufficient technical and process inputs for further technical and business evaluation.
  • Identify pain points and process gaps on existing manual/semi-automated operational work processes.
  • Work on the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to ensure timely delivery (with the guidance from experienced product managers), including: Conducting of UI/UX design sessions and review, including documentation of user journeys to identify process gaps and potential for technology improvements.
  • Form and determine the priority of User Stories for development.
  • Plan and execute UAT and Training sessions with SME Leads and Project Manager (depending on delivery methodology – Agile/Hybrid Waterfall), ensuring that UAT Test Scenarios and User Guides are detailed and well developed.
  • Plan and execute Business Go-Live and Adoption strategy with the aim to meet the product's business value and KPI.
  • Initiate management signoffs for key milestones in the product life cycle and periodic updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning of subsequent product increments.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to build and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Conduct design reviews, user research, analyse customer feedback, and gather insights to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Act as the liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and strategies.
  • Present product updates and performance to senior management, justifying decisions with data insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems, Industrial Design or other relevant areas.
  • 1-2 years of digital product management experience or business analyst or project management (at least small to medium sized projects) in the implementation of software applications are preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Clear understanding on stakeholder engagement rules, process mapping and solution design.
  • Knowledge of Agile Product Management and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE-2 or LEAN Six Sigma or CBAP or Scrum will be an advantage.
  • Good technical understanding of digital solutions in the market will be an added advantage.
  • Basic software development and database knowledge.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Added advantage with familiarity in product management tools (e.g. Jira), design collaboration tools (e.g. Figma), and AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude AI) to support product delivery and analysis.
  • A good communicator, outgoing, and able to engage others across diverse cultures.
  • Lead and seek stakeholder buy-in on why proposed solution and process works best.
  • Always have a continuous improvement approach.
  • Highly numerate, meticulous and process driven, ability to deliver results under stressful and challenging conditions.
