Key Responsibilities
- Perform polishing, blending and general inspection
- Set-up and operate Shot Peen and Media Finish equipment
- Read and follow established procedures and work instructions
- Interpret basic blueprints when required
- Perform risk assessment and take corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain day-to-day 6S Lean activities to ensure a safe work environment
- Work cross-functionally to support various manufacturing processes
- Participate in EH&S programs and ensure personal safety adherence
- Comply with Code of Ethics and International Trade Compliance
- Support continuous improvement and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in manual deburring, blending, and general inspection
- Comfortable with hands-on operation of tools and equipment
- Willing to work permanent shift and overtime as needed
- Relevant experience in shot peening or manual deburring/blending is preferred
- Aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience is a plus
