Key Responsibilities

  • Perform polishing, blending and general inspection
  • Set-up and operate Shot Peen and Media Finish equipment

  • Interpret basic blueprints when required

  • Maintain day-to-day 6S Lean activities to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in manual deburring, blending, and general inspection
  • Comfortable with hands-on operation of tools and equipment
  • Willing to work permanent shift and overtime as needed
  • Relevant experience in shot peening or manual deburring/blending is preferred
  • Aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience is a plus
