Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to catalyse solutions to decarbonise the Temasek portfolio in multiple clean energy and water sectors, including deploying capital and solutions.
- Solutions will largely focus on technology innovation, but may also include ecosystem enabling initiatives, and/or policy and regulation proposals.
- Research and analyse new technology areas focusing on decarbonisation trends, policy and regulatory developments, market and commercial drivers to distil actionable insights for the wider Temasek Ecosystem.
- Engage team stakeholders to validate problem statements (as needed).
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in science, engineering, business, and finance are highly preferred.
- Advanced degree candidates are welcome to apply as well.
- Knowledgeable about clean energy and water technologies and/or markets, driven by a strong work ethic.
- Some familiarity with technoeconomic modelling and financial modelling will be advantageous.
- Ability to navigate and coordinate across diverse stakeholders, with strong people skills.
- Creative, forward-looking, organised, with good attention to detail, and results-oriented.
- Good communicator in both written and oral communication.
- Passionate about creating positive, sustainable climate impact.
