Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of 2–3 mature internal platforms while driving new initiatives.
- Define and maintain clear product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business needs.
- Translate requirements from corporate functions into well-defined product specifications and actionable plans.
- Monitor platform and product performance metrics to support data-informed prioritisation and measurable business outcomes.
- Balance strategic transformation objectives with ongoing platform sustainability and user needs.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ensure work is aligned to business value and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (as required) and work closely with delivery teams to ensure execution is on time and on budget.
- Drive strong execution discipline across the product lifecycle, including planning, scope management, and release readiness.
- Ensure product delivery remains focused on outcomes, usability, and operational resilience.
- Apply hands-on design thinking to solve complex business problems and create intuitive experiences.
- Facilitate design workshops, user research, and co-creation activities with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex digital products in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing both mature products and new product development from zero to one.
- Good understanding of corporate platform ecosystems, including examples such as: SuccessFactors / HRIS systems, Workday / Finance systems, Compliance tools.
- Experience working across business and technology teams in complex stakeholder environments.
- Practical experience with agile delivery methodologies (formal certification a plus).
- Strong design thinking practitioner able to facilitate workshops and create user journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma).
- Exceptional communication skills translating between technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management capabilities.
- Execution-focused operator who prioritizes 'getting things done' while maintaining quality.
