Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial crime investigations, compliance, or related fields within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, and anti-fraud regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of investigators.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS or CFE are highly desirable.
