Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to audit, statutory, and tax requirements.

Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 4 years of experience overseeing group consolidation/reporting.
- Good understanding of relevant Accounting Standards and proficiency in financial analysis.
- Good understanding of SGX reporting and listing requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
