Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers capable of successfully managing diverse cloud transformation programs in AI, data, migration, modernization and security.
- Implement and enhance mechanisms to improve delivery quality and engagement manager productivity; Provide thought leadership in engagement methodologies and best practices adoption.
- Serve as strategic advisor to C-suite executives, leading steering committees and executive engagements.
- Own customer escalations, feedback, corrective actions, and learnings to drive customer satisfaction
- Navigate complex escalations with executive temperament, transforming challenges into relationship-strengthening opportunities
- Participate in business development, pre-sales, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to design and implement cloud programs
- Effectively communicate delivery portfolio health and status to Sr. Stakeholders internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- Proven track record leading technical teams in delivering complex, transformational IT programs.
- Experience building and scaling technical and/or consulting teams of 30+ members; Technical depth and credibility to guide delivery of complex transformational programs.
- Experience with Agile and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with track record working with various delivery models including Fixed Price and Time & Material.
- Business consulting expertise translating technical requirements into customer outcomes and experience in pre-sales or sales and contracting for complex service engagements.
- Technical leadership experience in cloud and/or AI product / technology organizations / MNCs.
- Track record in scaling teams, processes and capabilities in fast growth environment.
- Enterprise IT consulting and/or delivery experience with global companies.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe), PRINCE2 or equivalent.
