Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on process machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to restore functionality and minimize production downtime.
- Support machinery setup activities to ensure readiness and timely commencement of mass production.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks in accordance with planned schedules and procedures.
- Initiate, plan, and implement quality improvement and preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and performance targets.
Requirements
- Candidates with a Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent, in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.
- Maintains a positive and resilient attitude in dynamic and challenging work environments.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a keen aptitude for numerical reasoning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including morning and night shifts.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience is a plus.
