Key Responsibilities
- Define the Project IVV and Transition Strategy
- Define and monitor IVV KPIs, recommending strategies to improve performance and productivity
- Lead IVV technical gate reviews both internal and with the Customer
- Actively participate in program configuration control boards (CCBs) and provide defect priority recommendations
- Identify risks and propose effective solutions early to mitigate issues
- Actively participate in technical working groups both internally and externally
- Manage customer scope according to the approved baseline/schedule
- Provide support during customer requirements analysis to propose and negotiate win–win solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other relevant qualification
- 7+ years of Test Engineering experience in complex software-centric safety-critical based systems
- 2+ years of experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Solid knowledge and experience in Systems and Software Engineering lifecycles (e.g., EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-skilled engineering teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication abilities across various technical and management levels
- Experience with Requirement/Tests and Defects Management System
