Key Responsibilities

Define the Project IVV and Transition Strategy

Identify risks and propose effective solutions early to mitigate issues

Provide support during customer requirements analysis to propose and negotiate win–win solutions

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other relevant qualification
7+ years of Test Engineering experience in complex software-centric safety-critical based systems
2+ years of experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
Solid knowledge and experience in Systems and Software Engineering lifecycles (e.g., EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)
Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-skilled engineering teams
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Strong communication abilities across various technical and management levels
Experience with Requirement/Tests and Defects Management System
