Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML models, including classical ML, NLP, and generative AI capabilities.
- Build pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Develop APIs and components that integrate AI models into enterprise systems and applications.
- Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflow automation.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and model performance tracking for deployed solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI development, or data-driven software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience working with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms).
- Familiarity with building APIs, microservices, or serverless functions.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
