Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio across the Asia region.
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short and long-term business objectives.
  • Provide insights on talent availability and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in talent attraction and selection.
  • Lead key TA projects, including talent branding, career fairs, process improvement, and STEM outreach efforts.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices, facilitating debrief sessions for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record recruiting diverse roles varying in complexity and hiring volume, especially technology and engineering talent.
  • Experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition function with exposure to regional recruitment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies and utilize data to drive recruitment strategy.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS platforms (Workday), and workforce analytics tools (PowerBI).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace change.
