Key Responsibilities

  • 3–5 years in a leadership or governance role within the recruitment function.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment governance, and budget management in a medium to large organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations, preferably in a group environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday), including workflow governance and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and business units.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including producing management dashboards and audit-ready documentation.
