Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term talent requirements.
- Lead annual workforce planning and hiring governance, including formulating hiring KPIs, recruitment budgets, and headcount forecasts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- 3–5 years in a leadership or governance role within the recruitment function.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment governance, and budget management in a medium to large organization.
- Strong working knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations, preferably in a group environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday), including workflow governance and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and business units.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including producing management dashboards and audit-ready documentation.
