Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on NPI.
- Proven experience leading NPI teams and understanding the product development ecosystem.
- Strong people management skills to lead technical teams.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
