Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of M&E systems for building and infrastructure projects.
- Support M&E engineers during site inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E installations.
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and engineering reports.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and new technologies in M&E engineering.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in M&E operations.
- Document project progress and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical power distribution, fire protection).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a Singaporean candidate due to project sensitivity.
