Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop the IAM business in APAC, driving recurring revenue, CIAM, Devices revenue, and new logo acquisitions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets for the APAC region.
  • Establish and drive IAM sales performance for the team, ensuring management accountability for results delivery.
  • Lead team development initiatives impacting IAM sales success in the region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Teams, SMEs, Partners, and Sales Enablement to improve go-to-market success.
  • Align with Sales Operations for smooth transaction closing of won business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrable track record in APAC sales management with similar or higher bookings responsibility and team complexity.
  • Strong understanding of IAM and cybersecurity markets, including CIAM domains.
  • Proven experience selling to C-level executives (CIOs, Heads of Digital/Online, Enterprise Architects) and compliance officers (CISOs, DPOs).
  • Experienced in various GTM models (direct, 1 tier, 2 tier, GSI co-sell).
  • Proven experience in consultative and/or value-based sales of complex products and solutions.
  • Experience with modern GTMs including Account Based Marketing and campaign-based Demand Generation.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coach growing sales teams effectively.
