Key Responsibilities
- Own process stability and continual improvement for photolithography process, driving yield, productivity and cost efficiency
- Maintain offline/inline process parameters including SPC, defect, and yield monitoring for layer ownership
- Involve in NPI/Prototype process setup (APC/CPE/DOMA/Agile) and piloting to meet cycle time and shipment schedules
- Develop BKM recipes and workflows to eliminate/minimize risk of process deviation
- Collaborate with UMD for new technology phase-in and readiness for ramp to mass production
- Perform all activities safely and in compliance with EHSS requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of photolithography principles
- Ability to analyze and monitor SPC, especially Cp and Cpk indices for critical parameters
- Troubleshooting skills to maintain and improve SPC performance
- Experience with split matrix, DOE data analysis, and yield analysis using tools like JMP or Shiny
- Proficiency in systems such as SiView, PCRB, MRB, PLM, iCASE, PEACE, or similar
- Automation skills to enhance routine job efficiency
- Ability to perform swing shift (Saturday/Sunday) and support overtime as required
