Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues
- Develop corporate-wide reliability standards and strategies
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and engineers to achieve reliability goals in BEOL and FWLR domains
- Establish reliability test methodologies to assess failure mechanisms and lifetime
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions on reliability failures and field returns
- Support customer engagement through reliability presentations, audits, and risk assessment meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials, Physics) or Science
- 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication and ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 standards
- Understanding of MOS Device Physics and Reliability Statistics
- Familiarity with Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design
- Experience with Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, or similar tools is advantageous
- Strong team player with good people and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight project timelines
