Requirements

- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: CPSM or CSCP certification.
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry indirect procurement is a plus.
