Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, and monitor AI systems across cloud and on-premise environments for various industry use cases.
  • Identify and mitigate responsible AI dimensions in AI systems, including bias, fairness, robustness, model security, and data security.
  • Collaborate with cyber and information security teams regarding internal and external obligations for fraud and scam mitigation solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding AI projects, their business value, and associated risks.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI Operations tools and frameworks (MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps).
  • Translate the business meaning of RAI laws, regulations, and ethical standards into technical specifications and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices for responsible AI deployment and monitoring.
  • Stay updated with current AI trends, ethical considerations, evolving threats, and technological advancements in the field.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with development or deployment of AI models/systems with a focus on implementing Responsible AI principles.
  • At least one year's experience focusing on responsible aspects of AI, such as Fairness, Transparency, Explainability, Robustness, Soundness, and Privacy.
  • Experience in ensuring AI systems are developed, implemented, and maintained to mitigate associated risks while maintaining focus on information and data security.
  • Diverse expertise in deploying and monitoring AI systems.
  • Experience with machine learning model risk management.
  • Ability to apply regulatory requirements to frameworks and technical tools.
  • Strong communication skills necessary to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
