Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, consult, and contribute to the IT solution rollout/implementation
- Support user requirements gathering and hand over to service provider as well as ensure delivery to user with good quality
- Be involved in IT solution development using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), testing and release, as well as relevant document preparation
- Participate in project as both a project member and lead, to support project work packages and deliveries
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in a relevant study
- More than 8 years of relevant experience with SAP WM/eWM functional support or relevant experience in Finished Goods Warehouses / Distribution Centers solution & processes
- Expert knowledge on SAP IT WM/eWM modules and processes
- Knowledge on ABAP would be an added advantage
- Strong logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Previously completed multiple projects from end-to-end, both as a team member and as a project manager
- Fast learner and self-driven; self-motivated; proactive
- Fluent in English
