Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert in benefit programs, partnering with the HR Shared Services team to implement processes and support complex employee queries

- Stay abreast of legislative requirements with respect to benefit programs and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Established vendor management skills
- Very strong financial, analytical and audit skills; strong command of Excel
- Proven experience working in a global environment for medium to large size companies
