Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in SAP modules and manage change/enhancement requests, including application design, development, and testing.
- Investigate, scrutinize, and recommend solutions to improve business processes, procedures, and structures.
- Manage Service Requests, Incidents, and Problem Management for the assigned area.
- Manage change/enhancement requests, providing accurate resourcing estimates and collaborating with IT Business Partners to improve system designs.
- Serve as a participant or Project Manager/IT Lead for various projects.
- Gather business requirements and create detailed functional and technical analysis & designs, performing unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production release.
- Review and authorize SAP transport requests.
- Keep IT Business Partner and Process owners informed of progress on new and enhancement requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Capital Management process and solution (design, implement, and support) in BOTH SAP SuccessFactors (Talent suite like Performance/Goal management, Calibration, Compensation &Var.
- Learning) and SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/BIB Integration).
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
- Must have design and implementation experience in SuccessFactors Talent suite (Performance/Goal Management, Calibration, Succession, Career Development, Compensation & Variable Pay).
- Possess Process and Functional knowledge in Recruit, Onboard to Hire experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing 3rd party support contracts and relationships.
- Proven project management experience, capable of structuring, scoping, and managing a project through completion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and personal drive to solve problems; must be a team player capable of guiding and influencing.
