Key Responsibilities

Design FWLR test structures for reliability testing

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
Working knowledge of quality and reliability fundamentals
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, process integration, or CAD tools is advantageous
