Key Responsibilities

  • Design FWLR test structures for reliability testing
  • Own definitions, documentation, and maintenance of test procedures, test findings, and tools
  • Train reliability staff on test procedures and tools
  • Execute benchmarked FWLR reliability test plans for new process evaluation, PRM programs, change requests, and line issues
  • Support customer engagement in reliability aspects, including presentations for customer visits and audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of quality and reliability fundamentals
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, process integration, or CAD tools is advantageous
